FLUIDIZED BED DRYER
Working Principle:
Preheated gas (air) is passed into the product layer under controlled velocity after being uniformed by the distributor so as to create a fluidized state. The raw material is fed into the bed. The dehydration process can take place under very good heat & mass transfer conditions (good uniformity of the material in the bed). The exhaust air is cleaned by cyclone.
